Mastering the complexity of radar systems as a key to success
Radar technology has advanced significantly in recent years thanks to the automotive industry! Many radar systems have been miniaturized and cost reduced. This opens the door for a whole new range of applications. Some companies do already provide radar system evaluation kits to start exploring this technology.

Join our two-day/three-day workshop in Berlin
Fraunhofer IZM is offering its sucessfully proven workshop format with lots of theory and practical parts to accelerate the development phase for radar systems and help engineers become experts in this exciting field.


Workshop overview

- Based on the Texas Instruments (TI)-Ecosystem

- Focus on signal processing of radar systems, esp. IWR6843

- Introduction to IWR6843ISK board and DCA1000EVM

- Measurement practice using TI software

- Introdcution to fundamental building blocks for MIMO FMCW radar signal processing

- Measurement practice in an anechoic chamber (for the detailed program please visit our website)


The program has been carefully curated to cover the reliability aspects of electronic systems in all development phases. The three-day seminar will be held in English.

The seminar will take place at Fraunhofer IZM in Berlin.
The fee is 2200 € (three days)/1800€ (two days) and is exclusively limited to 6 participants.
