We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst CRM Applications (M/F/D) to join our Customer Centric Applications team in Meiningen or Berlin, Germany. Create functional and technical designs in coordination with the Customer Centric Application area
Conduct feasibility analyses, cost estimates and gap analyses
Implement requirements using the Salesforce. com standard
Take over responsibility as a central point of contact in the Customer Centric Application area for existing and new ADVA solutions in the Service Cloud
Evaluate third-party software (Salesforce Apps from the Appexchange)
Plan and coordinate the implementation of cross-application requirements e. g. SAP, Business Objects or Oracle Agile
Manage projects and sub-projects
Accept responsibility for the continuous development of the CRM solution
Support tests and training
Manage external consultants who may assist in the implementation of the solution
Degree in Computer Sciences / Business Informatics or comparable completed vocational training
At least 5 years of professional and project experience in Salesforce. com with a focus on service processes
Profound experience in service application and business processes, combined with in-depth knowledge of CRM mapping
Experience in project management (PMI, Scrum)
Independent and structured way of working
Very good communication skills
Very good written and spoken English language skills
Knowledge of databases; Java-based programming languages, middleware (e. g. BizTalk) and reporting (e. g. Tableau) are advantageous
